Due mostly to his prevalent last name, and the need for recognizability in his field. The author has considered adopting a pseudonym; though of course not if it means alienating his teeming fanbase. So DCSmith is putting his name up to a vote right here. The pseudonym under consideration is Thymes Ezid (DCSmith pronounced backwards with a lisp; it has the advantage of implied exotic ethnicity, which really sells these days.) Whad'ya say? Yay, or nay?
